This seminar, sponsored and presented by Zhiyu Hu, Esquire, should help you understand some basic legal issues for businesses, such as; • Hiring and firing • No compete clause • Money laundering • Political contribution Zhiyu Hu, a successful and well known attorney practicing in New Jersey and New York City, is the legal advisor of New Jersey Chinese-American Chamber of Commerce (NJCACC) and many other not-for-profit Chinese-American organizations. In addition to his busy legal practice, Mr. Hu is also very active in community affairs and received an Achievement in Community Service Award from NJCACC in 2007. After graduating from Wuhan University (China), he subsequently earned law degrees in Germany and the U.S. (Vanderbilt University).
