We are fortunate to have an expert, Mr. Simon Stevens, speak to us. Mr. Stevens is the President of Global Health and Executive Vice President of UnitedHealthGroup, as well as Chairman of UnitedHealth Center for Health Reform & Modernization. Prior to joining UnitedHealth, Mr. Stevens led a varied career in healthcare management, including being British Prime Minister Tony Blair’s health policy director, responsible for reform of the British National Health Service.
He has also worked for the New York City Health Department and was a Visiting Professor at the London School of Economics.
